Directions for use:

For best results apply when cold and as soon aspossible after injury. Massage into the area of concern and it can be reapplied as necessary.

Storege advise:

For best results store in a cool place.

Caution:

Not recommended for use on broken skin or for extended periods of time. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult with a doctor before using arnica. Individuals who are allergic or hypersensitive to any plants in the Asteraceae family should avoid using.
