Skin photo ageing is clinically characterised by wrinkles, roughness, irregular pigmentation, elastosis, telangiectasia, epidermal hyperplasia and dermal inflammation. A study conducted in 2000 of volunteers living in France, showed signs of moderate to severe skin photo ageing.

Inside cells mutation of DNA starts to occur, telomers are shortened and free radicals are released during cellular metabolism. Free radicals or reactive oxygen species are linked to several processes of aging and diseases.

Vitamin C or L-ascorbic acid is a dermatologist recognized anti ageing and anti-oxydant component. Normally diet is the only source of Vitamin C and the levels of this vitamin start declining due to aging and exessive exposure to sunlight. But Vitamin C is also used in cosmetics, having several beneficial effects on the skin. It helps protect the organism from reactive oxygen, stimulates collagen production and helps reduce damage from exessive exposure to sunlight.

Duolys HYAL is an intensive anti-aging serum. The serum contains a high amount  (5%) of pure Vitamin C in powder form (L-ascorbic acid), vitamin E (0,5%), hyalyronic acid (soduim hyalyronate 1%), glycolic acid (1%) and moisturizing agents. The pure Vitamin C  is a powerful antioxidant intensifying collagen production, restoring radiance to the complexion and helping reduce, prevent and hide signs of aging (lines, wrinkles and brown spots).

Glycolic acid and hyalyronic acid are keratoregulating and moisturizing agents that stimulate the renewal of cells in the epidermis and also having an anti-inflammatory effect.

Directions for use: Apply a few drops of Duolys HYAL serum to the whole face, neck and decollete in the morning after washing.

To open the package: 1) tear off the aluminum seal from under the bottle; 2) press the revealed soft bottom 2-3 times to open the powder cartridge; 3) shake te bottle several times to mix the serum and Vitamin C powder; 4) gently press the soft bottom to use the product.

The Vitamin C powder is stored in an airtight cartridge, and only mixed with the serum upon opening the package. This ensures that all active ingredients are properly preserved.

Suitable for all skin types, not recommended to be used around the eyes.
