The terms and conditions apply to all registered persons (hereinafter “customer”) in the shopping environments managed by Pro Kosmeetika (e-store owner).

In addition to the following conditions, Pro Kosmeetika regulates the purchase of products and related / emerging legal relations through e-shops managed by the Republic of Estonia on the basis of the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.

Pro Kosmeetika has the right to make comprehensive changes, improvements and developments in this e-shop without notifying the customer in advance.
Changes and other additions to the terms and conditions and the price list will be notified to the customer via the website.
Amendments and supplements to the Terms and Conditions and the Price List shall enter into force from the moment the respective amendment or supplement is published on the website. By submitting your order before the changes to the terms and conditions come into force, the terms and conditions in force at the time of submitting the order will apply to you, unless otherwise provided by the EV Act.

Pro Kosmeetika confirms that it operates in accordance with the Law of Obligations Act, the Consumer Protection Act, the Competition Act, the Commercial Activities Act, the Commercial Act and the Advertising Act in force in the Republic of Estonia.

ORDERING - Easy as 1-2-3: Shopping Cart, Online Ordering & Checkout

  1. When ordering more than 400EUR, please contact our service center info@prokosmeetika.ee so that we can make you the best offer.
  2. Choose the products you like by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. Adding to the shopping cart does not oblige the customer to make a purchase. If the product cannot be added to the shopping cart or the shopping cart button is not displayed, the product is currently unavailable. Information on product availability can be requested by e-mail or telephone. These products will usually arrive in stock shortly and can be re-ordered.
  3. You can change the number of different products in the shopping cart by changing the number after the product + -; "0" (deletes) and clicking the "Update" link at the bottom to confirm.
  4. To place an order, click on the "Place an order" link, after which you will be directed to the transport selection page, where it is also possible to make changes in the consignee's / consignee's data / addresses by clicking on the "Change address" link. However, you must first select the country where you want to receive the goods.
  5. On the transport selection page, select the most appropriate method from the options you want / suggest and click 'Continue.'
  6. If you want to add a comment, it's possible in the box at the bottom of the same page.
  7. On the next "Payment Info" page, you can make changes to the payer's data (optional) in case the payer is someone other than the registered person or the addressee / consignee on the previous page.
  8. You can also choose a form of payment from the page (Banklink / Bank Transfer / PayPal).
  9. Clicking "Continue" will take you to the last page, where you can double-check all the information entered, the products and quantities to be purchased, and confirm the order by clicking on the "Confirm Order" link.
  10. The contract for the sale of the products is considered concluded from the moment of clicking on the order confirmation link.
  11. A confirmation of the submitted order will also be sent to your e-mail address together with the invoice. You can also view your order history, invoices, and products under the "My Account" and "Order History" links.

1. Order

1.1 Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
1.2 The order will be fulfilled after the payment is received to our company's account.
1.3 To confirm the order, an invoice for the order will be sent to your e-mail address and you will also see it on the Internet after confirming the order.
1.4 The time for fulfilling the order is 1-3 days after receipt of the payment, during which the product has been mailed to you, unless otherwise agreed.
1.5 If the product is not in stock, the delivery time will be extended by the time of ordering the product, which will also be notified to the customer as a matter of urgency.
1.6 If the customer orders the product and its stock is positive at the moment, but the same product is purchased from a representative store at the same time or before receipt, the customer will be refunded on the day of cancellation, the following day or according to law.
If the customer agrees to wait for the delivery time, which is agreed and sent to the customer's e-mail address separately, the money will not be returned and the product will be sent to the customer immediately after the aforementioned has arrived at Pro Kosmeetika's warehouse.

Question about the order

  • I have not received an order confirmation at the e-mail address you entered
    If there is no confirmation, your order is still registered with us and you do not have to worry about it. Please check your e-mail spam and spam folder, sometimes the messages will go there as well. If you still can't find it, you can contact us if you need at pakimine@prokosmeetika.ee.
  • How do I see the status of my order and know if the goods have been shipped
    The status of the order will be sent to your e-mail address once the goods have been shipped. Also registered customers can see their orders and their statuses by logging in from the order history. Additional information about the order: pakkimine@prokosmeetika.ee or phone: 55537452
  • If the status of the order is pending/some goods missing, what does that mean?
    The pending/some goods missing status of the goods means that some of the products were out of stock (usually the maximum ordering time can be seen in the e-shop, but in general the goods will arrive faster) and the goods should arrive soon, then be shipped.
  • Can I return the product I ordered?
    ATTENTION: Due to health and hygiene requirements, cosmetic products cannot be returned or exchanged. You can only return products purchased in the e-shop, which have been packaged in such a way that it has not been possible to open them. Products purchased in stores cannot be returned.
  • Has my order been shipped?
    If the order is sent from our warehouse to you, you will immediately receive a notification to your e-mail address if the e-mail address you have entered is correct. Please also check your spam folder. You can also see your order status by logging into your account and under the "Order History" link.
  • How long do I have to wait for my order?
    If we have the goods in stock at the Tulika store and the order is placed before 12:00, they are usually sent out the same or the next day. If it happens that the product is out of stock or we have it in other stores from which it needs to be ordered, then it may take longer to send it out, depending on which city and district it has to be sent from. In general, relevant information will be sent to your e-mail address if the shipment of the goods is delayed for more than 5 days. Question about products

  • Can I buy products without VAT?
    If it is a company located in Estonia, you cannot buy products from us without VAT. If the company (legal entity) is located outside Estonia and has a valid VAT number, and the goods you order via the e-shop are sent out of Estonia, it is possible to buy products from us without VAT if you notify us of your request to the e-mail address info@prokosmeetika .ee before placing an order. It is not possible to buy goods from physical stores on site without VAT. This can only be done through the e-shop.
