To use: for hot tea, add 2 teaspoons of tea powder to a cup, pour over 200ml ~80–85˚ water and steep for ~5 minutes.

For iced tea, add 3 teaspoons of tea powder to a cup, pour over 250ml of ~80–85˚ water and steep for ~30 minutes. Serve with plenty of ice!

8080° to 80°C, steep for about 30 minutes and steep for about 100°C.
