Lemongrass has a strong characteristic lemon-like very pleasant taste and smell. The beneficial properties of lemongrass are widely known and it is believed to improve the efficiency of metabolic processes in the body.
Lemongrass has a distinctive lemon flavour and a strong taste.
To use: use a tea strainer or a jug, add about 2 g of tea and steep for 4–5 minutes. Use 2 teaspoons of tea or tea infusion and steep for 2 minutes.
