Indications:

irritable bowel syndrome (IBS),
leaky gut problems,
stomach ulcers,
bloating and heartburn (GERD),
ulcerative colitis,
chronic digestive system problems,
constipation - or diarrhea,
indigestion.
Probiotics are also helpful in controlling yeast (Candida albicans) and other fungal diseases. Dr.OHHIRA® probiotics are also recommended for people who struggle with weight problems and/or have undergone a course of antibiotics, because in both cases the so-called "good" bacteria necessary for the balance there are also lost from the digestive tract.

Adults and children are recommended to take 1 capsule per day, 40 minutes before or 2 hours after a meal. You should drink water afterwards. The product is suitable for people of all ages. For children younger than three years, it is recommended to squeeze out the contents of the capsule (due to the risk of suffocation).

All probiotic supplements must be taken regularly for at least three months to obtain the best health benefits.

Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Do not use the food supplement as a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of the reach of children.

Dr.OHHIRA® probiotics are suitable for use by nursing mothers as well as pregnant women and allergy sufferers (dairy and gluten-free).

Side effects: While the beneficial bacteria do their job by cleaning the body and improving the intestinal environment, temporary side effects such as mild bloating or diarrhea may occur. If such symptoms last longer than 10 days, please consult your doctor.
