Fill bathtub to normal level with warm water. Pour in 2 to 4 tablespoons of Milk Bath depending on size.

Manicure: Fill bowl to normal level with warm water. Pour in 1 to 2 Tablespoons of Milk Bath depending on size.

Pedicure: Fill bath or pedicure chair to normal level with warm water. Pour in 1 to 2 Tablespoons of Milk Bath depending on size. For external use only.
