It's powerful enough to lighten hair up to 7 levels, but with a gentle formula that wraps the cuticle in protecting lipids. These help prevent moisture loss and leave the hair and scalp in great condition resulting in fewer broken hairs than a powder bleach.

For best results, Wella Blondor Soft Blonde should be mixed with Welloxon Perfect in a ratio between 1:1 and 1:2. For on-scalp application, you should use only Welloxon Perfect Pastel or Welloxon Perfect 6%.
